The more extensive a project is, the more efficient the investment in a concept becomes.
A good idea alone is usually not enough for a robust decision. Technical information on feasibility, effort, risks and possible implementation is often missing. With the Concept+, we create this basis for decision-making, also considering questions that only arise later during realisation. The starting point is the pre-concept phase as a deliberately small first step.

The idea is clear, the path is not
You know what should be created – but not which steps, resources and partners are needed for it, and whether the path is economically viable. That is exactly what the pre-concept phase reveals.
Feasibility unresolved
A decision is pending, but no one can demonstrate whether the goal is achievable and how success would be measured. A feasibility study clarifies both.
Concept vs. risk
The larger the project, the more expensive every assumption becomes that later turns out to be wrong. A concept is the manageable means to counteract this – and if the project is not carried out, we extract the lessons learned for the next project or concept.

The most expensive mistakes in a development happen before the design work even begins: at the moment a decision is made on an idea without clarifying its technical and economic feasibility. Our concept closes exactly this gap: we examine what can be built, what it will cost and which market it will reach, and carry this through to a concept that can be eligible for patent protection. The difference to strategy consulting is that an engineer sits at the table who could later implement the concept themselves – a recommendation that would fail on the hardware therefore never arises in the first place. If the honest result is that the idea does not hold up, we tell you before you have invested.
